International Essential Tremor Foundation Scholarship

Introduction
Each year the IETF awards up to ten scholarships of $7,500 each to help reduce the financial burden of post–high school education. These awards are available to students of any age who have completed high school. Scholarship funds may be applied toward tuition, books, supplies, or other educational expenses at licensed, accredited institutions (including trade or vocational schools) and are issued directly to the educational institution.
Eligibility
- Open to post–high school students of all ages.
- Recipient institutions must be licensed and accredited (colleges, universities, or trade/vocational schools).
Permitted Use of Funds
- Tuition, required textbooks, and school supplies.
- Payments are made directly to the educational institution.
How to Apply
1. Read the Scholarship Description carefully to confirm you meet the requirements and to identify the criteria and documentation required.
2. Complete the official application form.
3. Submit all application materials together as a single document either:
- Electronically to pmccartney@essentialtremor.org, or
- By mail to: IETF, Attn: Patrick McCartney, PO Box 14005, Lenexa, KS 66285.

- All application materials must be submitted together to be considered.
- Incomplete applications or those missing required documents will be deemed ineligible.
Notification
Award decisions will be announced by July 15.
