Columbiana-Mahoning-Trumbull Cattlemen Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by Columbiana-Mahoning-Trumbull Cattlemen
CMT Cattlemen Scholarship — Agriculture
Overview
The CMT Cattlemen are offering a scholarship for students pursuing studies in Agriculture. Well-educated graduates are essential to the agricultural sector, and this award is intended to support students who plan careers that serve our local farming community. If you intend to enroll in an accredited college, university, or trade school in the fall of 2026 and will major in agriculture or an agriculture-related program, you are encouraged to apply. Applicants must live in Columbiana, Mahoning, or Trumbull County. An exception applies for descendants of CMT leadership: children and grandchildren of past or present CMT Cattlemen directors will be eligible regardless of their stated course of study. All other applicants must demonstrate plans to pursue agricultural studies or an Ag-related major.
Award timing
Scholarships are granted each spring to help cover costs for the upcoming academic year. Recipients will be selected in May and will receive the award after providing proof of enrollment.
