Joytime Blue Flower Scholarship

Introduction
Joytime Ministries annually awards the Blue Flower Scholarship — a one-time $2,500 grant — to a female high school graduate who actively lives out her Christian faith within her school and local community.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet all of the following:
- Be a United States citizen or legal resident.
- Be female and have lived in North Carolina for at least one year before submitting the application.
- Be a senior at a North Carolina high school at the time of application.
- Have been accepted to a college degree program for full-time study.
- Be a member of a Christ-centered church.
- Affirm and agree to abide by the Joytime Ministries’ Statement of Faith.
- Demonstrate high moral character and a strong commitment to family, church, and community.
- Show a record of consistent academic achievement with a GPA greater than 2.0.
- Exhibit a servant’s heart through involvement and service in school and community activities.
How to Apply
Complete the online scholarship application form. Finalists will be invited to a virtual interview with the Joytime Blue Flower Scholarship Committee.
Deadline
Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 15, 2025.
Award Guidelines
- The Blue Flower Scholarship award is a single payment of $2,500 and is not renewable.
- The committee reserves the right to withhold awarding the scholarship in any given year.
- Recipients must be enrolled full-time in a college degree program.
- Scholarship funds will be mailed to the recipient’s home address in August 2025 after the recipient provides proof of Fall 2025 college registration.
