Community Improvement Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Goldwater Law Firm
No matter where you live, everyone has ideas on how to change their home, neighborhood, or entire community for the better. Striving to make our communities safer and healthier is a goal that everyone can support and contribute towards. This is why Robert Goldwater of Goldwater Law Firm is introducing the Community Improvement Scholarship, in an effort to promote community involvement for the betterment of all.
Students that give back to their communities to help them grow and succeed are invited to apply for this award. The scholarship application requires students to write an essay and include a description of one piece of legislation that would have a profound impact on the safety of your community. Please also discuss how this legislation could be implemented effectively.
Applications will be collected via email until June 30th, 2020. The entries will be reviewed by our team, who will then select and announce one winner to receive this $1,000 reward. It is our hope that the scholarship winner will use this award to achieve their academic goals and use their abilities to bring forth the community improvement described in their scholarship application.
