The National Eagle Scout Association takes great pleasure in providing scholarships to aid in the continuation of your educational journey.

Who Can Apply?

  • Only Eagle Scouts who are members of the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) are eligible to apply for these scholarships.
  • Eligible Eagle Scouts can start applying for NESA scholarships from their senior year in high school up to their junior year in an undergraduate program, or until they reach the midpoint of their associate degree program or skilled trade program.
  • Each recipient is only allowed to receive a NESA scholarship once.
  • The scholarships are open to Eagle Scouts who are either currently enrolled in or have been accepted by an accredited educational institution as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours) in a program that leads to an academic degree (including associate degrees) or a skilled trade program.
  • Those who are awarded the Cooke four-year scholarship must be enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours) in a program that leads to a bachelor's degree.
  • Students attending any of the U.S. military academies are not eligible for NESA scholarships.
  • Graduate students pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree are also not eligible for NESA scholarships.
