The Community Foundation of West Texas annually provides more than 100 scholarships to students from the South Plains region. We partner closely with the donors — both organizations and private individuals — who have generously created scholarship funds to support their local communities. Our aim is to make a meaningful, long-lasting difference in each recipient’s life; investing in South Plains students now helps build a stronger future for them and the communities they serve.
Eligibility:
Must be a student from one of the following counties:
- Bailey County
- Cochran County
- Crosby County
- Dickens County
- Floyd County
- Garza County
- Hale County
- Hockley County
- King County
- Lamb County
- Lubbock County
- Lynn County
- Motley County
- Terry County
- Yoakum County
