Intro
The Summit Physical Therapy scholarship is open to applicants who meet the following requirements. Applicants must satisfy academic, residency, enrollment, and submission conditions to be considered.
Eligibility Requirements
1) Be enrolled at a college or university by January 2027 at the latest.
2) Be registered as a full-time student no later than January 2027.
3) Have earned a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 during the most recent academic year.
4) Be a resident of the United States or Canada.
5) Provide responses to the essay prompts and submit them no later than 11:59 PM EST on the deadline day.
